Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: If you already have registered an account, please go to the My Account page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order you wish to view the status. If you don't registered an account yet, please go to the Customer Service page, enter the confirmation number of your order and click button "Go!" to view the status of your order.
Q: What are your shipping and handling costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: How will I know when my item is shipped? A: We send shipping notifications once an order has left the warehouse. All of our notifications are sent via email.
Q: Can I cancel my order? A: You can cancel the order up until it has been processed from the warehouse. If it has not been processed, we will cancel the order and issue you a full refund. If the order has already shipped, you can return the product under our standard return policy (see 'Policies' section).
Q: Do you offer shipping insurance? A: No, we do not offer shipping insurance.
Q: Is the product new? A: All of our products are new and in the original box.
Q: What is your standard return policy? A: We are proud to offer one of the best return policies in the online business. You may return your purchase for any reason within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price excluding our shipping and handling costs. Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. In addition some of our items carry a restocking fee which will be clearly marked on the product page and deducted from your refund should you wish to make a return.
All returned products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied. Unfortunately, we cannot take returns of products that have been assembled or modified. In addition, certain products cannot be returned because neither we nor our suppliers can take them back; this will be clearly marked on the product's sale page. If you have any questions about whether a product can be returned, please contact us.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged or defective? A: If the item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us right away. We will assist you with getting a replacement.
Q: Since I live near Los Angeles, can I pick this item up? A: Although our main office is in Los Angeles, we ship from warehouses across the country so we do not allow pick up.
Q: How will my item ship? A: Our items ship small parcel. The carrier will either be UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
Q: Can I ship my order to an address other than my account registered address? A: Please change your shipping address upon checkout. You can also send a note with your payment or email us with the alternate address.
Q: Where do you ship to? A: We ship all of out items within the United States. All US shipping addresses must be a physical address. However, occasionally there might be some surcharges to HI, AK, PR, APO, FPO addresses due to our shipping carrier's requirement, which we can't estimate in advance. We will notify you if that happens.
We also ship some of our items to other countries, which will be clearly displayed in the shopping cart. However, due to international shipping's availability, we can't mark every available country in the cart. If you would like to ship some of our items to countries that are displayed in the cart, please contact us for further confirmation and shipping cost.
Q: When can I expect my order to arrive? A: This depends on the product ordered. Usually it will be delivered from 3 to 7 business days after shipment within the 48 states of the United States. This is an estimate (not a guarantee), based upon the average time our carriers take to deliver the shipment. Please e-mail us for more accurate estimate.
Q: What if my product is out of stock? A: We do our best to ensure products are in stock and ready to ship. We update our inventory everyday. However, sometimes products are out of stock before we can update the status on the product pages. We will update you via email if this happens and you will have the option to keep the order or cancel for a full refund.
